Our fees are competitive in that we will never, where possible, lose a sale over the commission. By entrusting us with a sole mandate you will have the advantage of competing buyers (as opposed to competing agents) and we are proud of our good track record – often achieving full asking price or close to it, and sometimes even more.

We have had numerous repeat customers over the years, which we attribute to our practical approach and in-depth knowledge of the market, along with the quality of our service and the personal attention we give both buyers and sellers.

We also offer a highly professional rental service.  We treat your valuable rental asset the same way we would if you were selling it, from our initial presentation to the showing of the property – which is reflected in the calibre of tenant we attract.

All prospective tenants are thoroughly screened: we do a credit check using their verified identification, we obtain confirmation of employment and check their affordability.

We draw up a comprehensive lease agreement, which is compliant with the Consumer Protection Act and protects all parties.

We collect a deposit of one or two months’ rental, which we hold in our trust account for the tenant until you are satisfied that the property is in good order at the end of the lease.

We remind tenants and landlords about the expiry date of the lease and negotiate extensions, if necessary. We conduct thorough incoming and outgoing inspections, including photographs, and keep this on record.
